DHAA Inc. AGM 2009

The DHAA Inc. wishes to inform its members of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Saturday, 12th September at The Hyatt Regency, Adelaide commencing at 7.30am. The AGM will be conducted during a light breakfast and is for DHAA members only.

DHAA Inc. Employment Survey

The DHAA Inc. Employment Survey has now closed and the DHAA Inc. executive would like to thank its members for taking the time to provide us with current statistical data to support our award challenge. The total number of responders were 488 from full membership of 689. Great effort by all.

ADA Infection Control Guidelines

The ADA Guidelines for Infection Control booklet describes the standards of infection control that dental care providers and dental staff in a dental practice should follow. This document is the result of many hours of dedicated work by the Australian Dental Association's Infection Control Committee. In preparing the document the Committee sought the assistance of expert external bodies in helping to define a safe practice for dental practices.

IFDH Day

IFDH Day is being celebrated during Dental Health Week and the DHAA Inc. has prepared a media release for circulation to highlight the role of the dental hygienist in the ongoing care of the older Australian.
